Highlight:

1. This plastic sheet extruder is composed of extrusion part, filter net changing part, T-die part, 3 rollers part, traction part, winding part and electric control cabinet part.

2. High quality nitrogen treated alloy steel (38CrMoAlA) is adopted to make screws and barrels to ensure perfect hardness, anti-corrosion and long service time etc.

3. In order to ensure uniform thickness and smooth surface of sheets, the flow channel in die head is designed as cloth-hanger style.

4. Water cycle cooling guarantees a good cooling effect.

5. Our plastic sheet extruder machines are with CE certification.
