Description:

Staellite Flexographic Printing Machine also called Central Impression Flexographic Printing Machine, which known as a shared impression cylinder flexographic press. The printing units are mounted between two wall panels around a common impression cylinder. The unwinder is registered around a common impression cylinder. Because the gears are directly driven, whether it is paper or film or other material, the overprinting canbe very accurate, and the printing process is stable, printing speed is fast and printing quality is super.

The machine is consist of below parts: unwinding part, rewinding part, drying system part, central drum part, chamber doctor blade and ink pump part, frame and web running part as well as control system part.

1. Central impression type printing machine with better color registration. Due to the big drum, the printed material is supported by the big drum, and greatly improving color registration, especially with extensible materials.

2. All colors printing station driven by the central drum, Less transmission errors because of less gear transmission, increase the registration precision which makes more accurate printing.

3. The use of individual drying oven and cold wind system can effectively prevent the ink adhesion after printing.

4. The machine is equipped with blower and heater; and the heater employed central temperature control system, automatic temperature controller, and separated heat source.

5. Roller adopts special steel processing, and through special treatment, greatly reduce the beating range.

6. Printing roller uses static balance and dynamic balance processing, hard anode oxidation treatment, small resistance, beating small, achieves finally perfect printing effect.
